Action:

1) Stop using the device that is interfering with the mouse.
2) Open the 'Device Manager'.

3) Select the 'View devices by type' radio button.
4) Double-click 'Mouse' in the 'View devices by type' list box to expand the list.
5) Select the mouse driver and click 'Properties'. (The mouse 'Properties dialog box appears.)

6) Click the 'General' tab and view the information in the 'Device status' area.
